Michelle Roque - Aesthetician

Michelle is a Licensed Aesthetician, providing skin care services and consultations that assist our patients in both improving and maintaining healthy skin. She offers medical grade facials, dermaplaning treatments (to gently remove head skin and unwanted facial hair), and peels - including the highly regarded VI-Peel™ that targets acne, uneven skin texture, uneven tone, fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, sagging skin, age and sun spots, enlarged pores and hyperpigmentation. She also administers HydraFacialMD™ treatments, a non-laser resurfacing process that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection simultaneously, which improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, congested and enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation, and acne prone skin with no discomfort or downtime.

Michelle spent 15 years as a makeup artist in Hawaii, where her clients included many models working in Japanese commercials. Her career in aesthetic skin care began in Carmel, California, where she trained under highly experienced specialists in a skin and body spa environment. "I learned from the best," she tells us. Her experience includes training and providing skin care treatments at an Aveda concept salon and spa, and working in a high-end spa and salon in Tucson as Senior Aesthetician. She did laser hair removal, and other non-surgical treatments in a medical spa setting, and served as Quality Director for another large spa, supervising and training a staff of 25 aestheticians.

Michelle says, "I always knew I would do skincare for my career, coming from a family that has been in the beauty industry for over 50 years."
